Swapna Chigullapalli is our Chief Investment Officer, a role she embraces with a rich tapestry of educational and professional accomplishments. Armed with an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, she is not only a Certified Public Accountant in the USA but also a Chartered Accountant from India, and a Certified Derivative Expert. This unique combination of qualifications underscores her deep and versatile understanding of the financial world.

Her professional journey is marked by significant milestones. As an investment banker for large projects in Asia's largest investment bank, Swapna demonstrated her ability to handle complex financial undertakings with precision and strategic insight. Her experience extends to being a project analyst, where she honed her skills in detailed financial analysis and strategic planning.

In her current role at our firm, Swapna is the driving force behind our investment strategies. She applies her comprehensive knowledge of international finance and markets to lead the development and management of our investment portfolio. Karan Sagi is a highly skilled professional with a strong background in engineering and technology management, paired with a growing reputation as a leader in the real estate sector. A graduate of North Carolina State University with a Master of Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Karan has applied his technical expertise and leadership abilities to successfully lead multiple high-profile real estate projects. He has been responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and management of large-scale projects, ensuring their timely and cost-effective completion.

Karan’s unique blend of engineering acumen and real estate expertise enables him to bring a data-driven approach to every project, optimizing processes and creating efficiencies that drive growth. His leadership extends beyond project management, as he actively collaborates with investors, developers, and key stakeholders to align strategies and foster long-term partnerships.

Samrat has over 15 years of global experience in industries like manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and construction. His expertise in supply chain management, process optimization, and business development makes him a vital advisor for IGM Fund.

As a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, Samrat leads initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and business performance. Previously, he held leadership roles driving market share, operational improvements, and expansion.

At Raajratna Stainless Wire, he managed business growth in North America, and at ICI Healthcare, he helped launch and exit a pharmaceutical venture.

At IGM Fund, Samrat offers strategic insights into operations, supply chains, and portfolio management. His technical expertise and leadership help align the fund’s projects with its goals.

Samrat holds a Bachelor’s in Management from Purdue University and an LL.B. from Delhi University, combining an entrepreneurial mindset with operational success.

Sumanth Ganga is an entrepreneur, began his career with a civil engineering degree and technical expertise gained at Larsen & Toubro, a prominent engineering and construction firm. There, he refined his skills in project management and technical operations. However, his strong desire to create meaningful change led him to transition into entrepreneurship.

He founded Sumanth Ganga Designs, a construction firm specializing in building planning, elevation design, interiors, and swimming pools. Under his leadership, the firm successfully completed over 30 projects, quickly earning a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions that met the evolving needs of modern construction.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Sumanth ventured into the agricultural space with Farmacy Hyderabad, a hydroponic farming initiative built on the belief that good food is the foundation of good health. His vision for the venture was rooted in the idea that proper nutrition could reduce the need for frequent visits to the pharmacy.

Sumanth's entrepreneurial journey then took him to London, where he founded SGanga IT Solutions, a technology company focused on leveraging cutting-edge technology to address complex business challenges. Later, in the USA, he partnered with an import-export chain, working on innovative solutions, including a product designed to facilitate file transfers at a petabyte scale.

Sumanth's business philosophy centers around the idea that no business is inherently flawed; it's the approach that makes the difference. His success across various industries—from construction to technology and agriculture—stems from his constant drive to learn, adapt, and collaborate with smarter individuals.
